  • Hwy 50 to Delta
  • In Hotchkiss Stay Right at “Y” on Hwy 92 (133 Left)
  • Drive 3 Miles Out of Hotchkiss to Mile Marker 24
  • Take Left at Fobare – Mile Marker 24
  • Drive 1 1/2 Miles on Fobare
  • Go Right on Crawford Rd. – 2 1/2 miles
  • Take Left on Cottonwood Creek Rd
  • Go .8 Miles to Drive on Right –
  • 39794 Red Address Sign & “Hoff” Mailbox on Left Side of Road
  • Sign on Post – Black Lab – Cottonwood Kennel
  • Gate Open – Drive 1 Mile on Dirt Road and Come On Up!
